Consistent throughout my practice, there is sensitivity towards the material and form; whether working on a large installation, painting or intricate sculpture, there is a tenderness and attention to detail which is recognisable throughout my portfolio.
My practice employs regular artist materials, and also natural found recycle materials, which are made from on-site collecting of discarded objects, usually from an urban landscape. They are deconstructed and then reconstructed into an abstracted graphic representation of the original, with a new form and title given to the work.
I personally like to work from organic forms and translate them into highly thought out detailed art works, my sculptures are modelled from found objects, which I acquire, that are given a new purpose
